Chocolate Avocado Pudding Recipe π₯
Our decadent Chocolate Avocado Pudding. A favourite with our B&B Guests and much requested recipe.
Ingredients:
2 large ripe Avocados π₯
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
10 large Medjool Dates
2 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa.
Directions:
Blend the first four Ingredients well. You may need to add a little more milk, depending on the moisture in the dates.
Add 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa.
Blend again, I personally use a Vitamix blender, but you can also use a food processor.
I like to dip a toothpick in the end of the bottle of YL + Cinnamon Bark oil. Swirl the toothpick into mixture. Add to your taste. This just brings up the flavourβ£οΈ
Place in the fridge and let sit for an hour. You will not taste avocados or dates. I have put this in jars and in the freezer. It keeps well. Keeps in the fridge for several days.
