Cancellation Policy
May 15 through September 30:
One months notice to cancel a reservation with a full refund.
Notice within the month you will receive half the cost of your reservation.
October 1 through May 14: Please give us as much notice as possible for a full refund.
Children are welcome, please inquiry first.
Please no pets. We have a wonderful chocolate lab, Penny, who lives in Janet’s part of the house.

We are located in a rural setting with plenty of wildlife. Bears, wolves, cougars, coyotes, weasels, cows and horses are all found near or on the property.
We are nearby lakes, rivers, and other bodies of water.
There are several ponds within 100 meters of the house.

Our guests eat together in the dining room and can enjoy the common areas.
Our rooms and dining room are on the second floor and guests must be able to climb the stairs.
